Friday October 14, 2011 - Derwin Farmer of Goderwin.com and working at McNaught Motors (Buick, Cadillac, GMC) in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada - You should be ashamed for ripping me off and lying your ass off.

Attention all suppliers, If you do business with Derwin Farmer you may not to get paid, well at least I didn't. His company JBM Marketing agreed to buy sales leads for bad credit car loans in Manitoba but he did not pay his outstanding invoices.

When his account got behind he first said the payment was mailed. After several more phone calls, he said the accounting woman sent the payment to the wrong company and was going to send a replacement cheque.

After more requests for payment with no response from Derwin Farmer I called the accounting department at McNaught Buick Cadillac GMC where Derwin works.

The nice lady in accounting explained that Derwin Farmer was not an employee but rather his company JBM Marketing was on contract at the dealership. He submits expenses and the dealership pays him directly. He is supposed to then pay his suppliers. He did not pay this one!! Suppliers beware.

I cannot put any blame on McNaught Motors but I wonder why they would continue to have such a scumbag representing them?

After much frustration I placed JBM Marketing in Collections to try and recover some of the money Derwin Farmer / JBM Marketing owes me. He does not return telephone messages and is refusing to acknowledge all requests for payment.
